I use Mycophenolate Mofetil. I take 1,000mg in the morning and another 1,000mg at night. For the most part, it makes me feel tired and run down. It kind of functions like a low grade chemo drug, but without the nasty side effects. I haven't had and really bad reactions to it, but I have heard of others who have. I had to start taking it because 19 years of Medrol (prednisilone) use cause my hip joints to collapse. Had to get them both replaced. I started on Cytoxan first, but it was making me seriously anemic. Then my doctors switched me to CellCept. I've been on it for over a decade, and my Lupus has pretty much been in remission since.
