I take lexapro and I've had to increase the dosage. I now don't know if it works because I've been on it for so long. I am still very depressed and have a hard time with dealing with this disease. Everybody has their opinions on what I should and should not be doing. It's quite frustrating. I'm thinking about talking to my doc about a different med.

I took lexapro for years as well....it helped me to stop crying...not sure if it did anything for lupus though...

I've taken it for years and it does help. If just to help me deal with being in pain all the time.

I started to take lexapro 5 mg I really hope it works , lupus ,sjogrens , raynauld, and now they testing me for Cushing desease , I was trying so hard to be strong , but the crushing desease did it ,I would cry every day , I start to think I should kill myself , and in top of everything nerve damage because of covid !im a strong person but I feel like I can’t do it anymore, so now it’s lexapro let see if helps me , because I really got to the point of no return! It’s exousting 🥺
