I get little jerks like those u sometimes get just before you fall asleep. I have a weird sensation in my left upper arm just below the shoulder. I get this feeling like the muscle or tendon there slowly collapsed. I told my rheumys she just looked at me like I had turned green.

Hi, I had terrible calf spasms which were so painful. I noticed it was on days I was dehydrated or drank fizzy drinks. Try drink lots of water and add Mg to your diet. Hope it helps

Twitches, awful muscle spasms…yep. I have found though, for myself, if I pay close attention I can usually feel the muscle start to twitch before a full on painful spasm. If I catch it, I can get a washcloth soaked in warm water that has magnesium in it (like 1/4cup), and put that washcloth over the spot. It backs it off and usually stops the spasm. If my whole body is aching, a bath tub with 2 cups of magnesium and a soak for an hour, calms my whole body down. Even my fibromyalgia! Try it if you need it! I’d love to hear if it works for you too!

One of the things that I found out that help me the most at what time was to stop taking all different kind of medication just because the doctor prescribes it to you, gapaentin almost killed me and so did Lexapro, when I stopped taking all that stuff my uncontrollable tremors stopped
