Twitches, awful muscle spasms…yep. I have found though, for myself, if I pay close attention I can usually feel the muscle start to twitch before a full on painful spasm. If I catch it, I can get a washcloth soaked in warm water that has magnesium in it (like 1/4cup), and put that washcloth over the spot. It backs it off and usually stops the spasm. If my whole body is aching, a bath tub with 2 cups of magnesium and a soak for an hour, calms my whole body down. Even my fibromyalgia! Try it if you need it! I’d love to hear if it works for you too!

One of the things that I found out that help me the most at what time was to stop taking all different kind of medication just because the doctor prescribes it to you, gapaentin almost killed me and so did Lexapro, when I stopped taking all that stuff my uncontrollable tremors stopped

Are you by any chance, taking gabapentin? I took it for 6 yrs and got diagnosed and treated for Parkinson’s before my neurologist and I figured out it was the gabapentin. Once I was off of it, it only took two months for ALL of the twitching and shaking to stop. Same thing happened to my mother in law who is taking it
