Every chance I have I share this to anyone having problems with their Period!! My Daughter lost Her Life because of Ovarian Cancer!! You may be histamine intolerant. Im not sure what you are able to take, but Benadryl seriously helped the contraction like cramps I get and helps headaches when ibuprofen and Tylenol dont work.

When I ad my periods I had the depo shot. But I have had my uterus and cervix taken out do to my uterus prolapsing when I was pregnant with my daughter and after I had her.

Depo shots q 3 months usually stop your peroids...kkc why no hysterectomy you could leave ovaries?
