Have any of you been experimenting / had success with diet-related integrative therapies for lupus? I am just starting out on the journey and was diagnosed 4 months ago, feeling like both scientist and subject and experimenting with foods, so it's too early to see consistent results! There's a lot of integrative work around gut-healing, and eating detoxifying and anti-inflammatory foods. These books describe specific protocols for diet:
I use cammomile and Chardon Marie tea also moringa and curcuma
Thank u for the info. Heard over and over it's all about starting in the gut ?? Lots of talk about diet with lupus on this site they hv talked about it. Changing there diet and feeling a lot better. One doc told me few years bac take this anti-inflammatory powder mix it with water it works so good people come back for it. Then she said start with no sugar, flour, on and on dairy all white stuff she said alot of her lupus patients do that so it's a start and sounds like ur on right track 💕😊😊 good luck hv a blessed day 🌺🌺
