Dark Armpits

Dark Armpits

Ok so here's a weird question. I've noticed over the past couple of months my armpits have became extremely dark and under my boobs too especially right in the middle where my bra lays. I dont understand... My bra fits and I wash it regularly and of course I wash my armpits everyday...I scrub them. So I dont know what's going on. I've never had this problem before. Can anyone help me?

Chelsey I can't take anything with aspirin in it. I was just recently told to use zertec because it has more antahistamin in it then any otc you can buy. I am taking it for itching along with other RXs that the doc gave me. So sorry you're suffering so much. I send my prayers to you πŸ™πŸΌπŸ™πŸΌπŸ™πŸΌπŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ’œ

My skin started darkening in spots because of the Plaquenil and that I was taking. My rheumatologist note of it and said Plaquenil increases melanin in some people. It appears spotty and around areas of friction like the armpits under the bra straps and groin creases

I have this too. If I don't have ALL of my medicines my system will produce hyperpigmentation ALL over my ankles, elbows, armpits, face, neck...I bruise too.
Worst pain ever when my system starts overreacts like this. What medicines are helpful? I take ibuprofen, tylenol arthritis, paxil, ativan...muscle relaxed, zyrtec...etc. I have to find ANOTHER doc to fill both my ultram+ativan again and I have suffered something awful!
