No easy answer for this you must take care of yourself. Look in to community or church for some help with some household jobs or meals. God bless you!

I do have this, but you do need rest and perhaps you can get the older children to help you! They are capable but may not do things quite the way you are used to them being done but I do not get things done like my type A personality would like but I had to let go and take care of myself or you suffer that much more.

Mine definitely travels from place to place on my body! I have had that feeling in my feet as well and found that rest with elevated feet and pain meds help (I take pain meds for back problems). It is almost impossible as a mom of 5, but you have to take time to REST when you're body is rebelling against you. Call in friends or have your husband step in, but you have to get good rest to get thru each hurdle. Hang in there! So sorry you have to go thru it!
