A good friend has recommended this (very expensive) program of vegan diet, exercise, meditation, and yoga to me. It calls for a radical change in eating habits first to cleanse your system then to restrict your diet to non-inflammatory food. The testimonials are mostly positive: hippocratesinst.org.
no you can do all of that for free on your own. look for anti inflammatory diet and yoga workouts on u tube and success hypnosis find on google play its free and look at the meditation ones. I do gluten free and it works well for us with lupus.
I tried a vegan diet and my potassium elevated so had to stop. I spoke with a dietitian that suggested a Mediterranean diet.
Meditation, yoga, tai chi, good healthy diat and relaxation sound like a great plan. Why does one need a very expensive program to do all these good things?
