Serrapeptase: Has Anyone Tried It?

Serrapeptase: Has Anyone Tried It?

I'm all in for a healthier way of living and I'm looking into taking this. Any feedback out there?

Serrapeptase reduces inflammation and mucus in the body.
It is produced by bacteria in the gut of silkworms and is used to digest their cocoons. When this enzyme is isolated and coated in the form of a tablet, it has been shown to act as an anti-inflammatory and a pain-blocker, much like aspirin, ibuprofen and other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs)

@A MyLupusTeam Member...yes I have used it, I did like it! It helped very much with my FM symptoms, but found it worked best 4 weeks on and 2 off!

@A MyLupusTeam Member I wanted to try but has a side effect Warning not to use if blood thinning problem or on blood thinners. Not sure whether it would be a risk with your blood vessel inflammation check with your dr I think.

I've tried it for a few months off and on. I don't feel that it helped my lupus symptoms as much as, but my sinuses improved. I tried two different brands, Best Naturals and Doctors Best. Both sold on Amazon.
