How do you know when you have a flare
Each person's experience of a flare is as unique as each person's experience in living with lupus. The symptoms of a flare that one person experiences may not be the same for someone else. Pay attention to the early warning signs that may indicate a flare is on its way. I usually get increased fatigue ,feel weaker, aching, shortness of breath, headaches , fluid retention, in general feel crappy. Keep your stress level down if you can. Don't hesitate to contact your doctor if you feel you're in the middle of a flare and think of anything that may have contributed to the onset of the flare so you may be in control. Praying for you. Gentle hugs and blessings.
I definitely know when the Evil has returned. My joints hurt, my muscles are weak. I'm tired my hair falls out and ulcers in the mouth, little tiny sores in the corner of my nails. I hope you not having one. Mine lasts for long periods. I had my flare for more than 8 months. Sending you love. Xxx
Everyone one is different, I guess you have to know your butterfly. My moods start to change, gets irritated and everything starts claiming their job.
I break out with the butterfly rash and sometimes other rashes. I get sores in my mouth. I get very tired and weak and my joints ache bad. Sometimes I get chest pain because fluid has built up around my heart and lungs.
I hope you are not flaring. Good luck to you and gentle hugs.
