I am experiencing ice cold sensation on the left side of my body mostly in my hand and arm. It started in my foot and now its in my hand. I feel as though I am laying on ice. I am trying to get my arm warm but I don't have a jacket here at work. Is this a symptom of lupus?
I have Raynaud's my fingers are always turning white or blue, I just carry gloves with me at all times and try to get some circulation going..
I have this and I also have not only Lupus but lack of circulation. My stomack is hot but my extremities are cold. I also have Raynauds. My hands and feet are always ice cold.
For me, I have CNS involvement in my lupus, and this happens to me regularly.
When to be concerned is when you begin to experience pains on the left side of your body alongside not being able to move your left arm up -- these are stroke symptoms.
