Do you take it even when you're in remission?

yes i am taking it. it has been for the last 6 month. My rheumatologist said if you do not have a flare but your blood results are no good (ds_dna, C4, C3 complement) you are not on remission. So i am taking it but i do feel tired all the time

I have been on it since 2011. My dose was just increased. It protects you from organ damage. You stay on it. You also need regular eye checkups. However, my eyes are not messed up because of the plaquenil. Lupus causes all sorts of eye problems.
