How Long Does A Flare Last

for the past month ive been extremely exhausted. my joints hurt so bad. my hands and feet swelling. ive had alot more trouble breathing as im sever asthmatic too. and the rash on my face has gone fron slight discoloration to very noticeable and not going away. i also work outside 6-8 hours a day. im not sleeping at all. i just want to feel human again

Speaking from experience on the outside job and lupus. Not a good mix. But there are some things you can do to help. Sunscreen, clothes that help cover and protect skin and hats and sunglasses. There are hats you can easily purchase online that are widebrim with high UV ray protection and also some even have detachable face shields to protect the face. I also get headaches and sick from being out in the sun.
