i have lupus and fibromyalgie and when i work out it do feel better it might hurt at first just dont over do it i just got back in the gym the reason being i was hurting so bad weak my legs are still weak most of the time its hard to step up and i live on the 3 floor
You keep T it. Don't give up what you love. Yes lupus is crap but so can life be. I loved baseball still do and attend all the woman's basketball I can. I love to hike I can't do hills but I can walk a good distance. Yoga is a good form of balance it would help with your skateboarding. I love that you continue. It also takes your mind away from your symptoms. Good girl proud of you
Then you keep doing the sport. This could limber you up physically. Sure your going to be tired but hey you might become more limber. Also I played woman's softball for 35 yrs and attribute that I'm 70 and I am still walking around, yes I am in pain and I get tired but I'm no where near a wheelchair.
