Exercise?

Exercise?

What do you guys do for exercise if any? When I was in high school I ran cross country and I stopped because I hurt my ankle really bad. I am not sure if my body will allow me to do that again. So I was wondering what exercises are best?

You can do anything that you want. Just know your limits and rest when you need to rest. I lift weights and trail run... life doesnt end with lupus... it just changes

Walk, hike, stretch, dance and make every effort to stay mobile. Rehabbing from injuries takes time but you have to persist and mending bones requires weight bearing exercise. We can all improve and even be better than before- just keep at it and don't give up!

For me it’s yoga f my mental state n I walk my dog twice a day. I can’t physically do the gym thing. My back n my legs aren’t in good shape. Try different things that interest you at your own pace n see how you feel. You can increase from there. Best wishes. Many hugs 🤗. Feel better.

I do not go out much so I find ways to exercise at home when I can. Sometimes I just walk up and down our long hall way several times. I don't believe in someone telling me what to do to exercise. I believe if I do it in my own way (sometimes a silly way) I am more prone to do it. I hated going to exercise classes and it bored me. So what ever you can do is great!
