Anyone else ever have a hormonal imbalance? Did they supplement you eventhough lupus is directly affected by hormones?

I had my IUD removed after years in and it left me with very low estrogen and a lot of problems. I was just wondering if anyone else has ever had to deal with this. Thank you

I needed hormones at 40 ,maybe sooner ,no one knew ,I would deplete and it would bounce too much ,so to regulate ,I required high dose and I have taken for 20 some years? We have a menopause clinic that deals with hormones to monitor me. Its worth getting help. Hugs
