I get really emotional, and do not understand how I get there to begin with. Makes me feel like I'm going a little crazy because I misinterpret so many things that are said to me, but I think I am being rational. Then I get achy as well. Just try to rest during that time.

I just try to increase rest, use heat on joints if needed, lots of fluids, and Tylenol. I have CKD 2, so I avoid NSAIDs. Menses makes everything worse!🤪. I have found, if I exercise regularly, I’m less affected during menses.
