I've Been Having Troubles With My Temp. Dropping And Feeling Dizzy. I've Also Had Issues With Tremors. Does Anyone Have An Idea Whats Up?

If any cold air hits me my temperature can drop very low. Even more concerning though, My head and arm often will start having tremors. I don't notice a trigger for that. I feel dizzy and lightheaded most of the day. I get nervous that I might pass out when that happens. I have a lot of other weird symptoms but i'm not sure if they are related to this new problem or if they are different Lupus problems . I have had a couple people mention MS to me, but I'd like anyone's advice or opinion on theā€¦ read more

@A MyLupusTeam Member dont feel bad they have me on vitamin D2 50,000 which is one of the high doses and my level still stays low im starting to think its a lupus thing as a lot of people on here have low vitamin D levels. And as @A MyLupusTeam Member stated it could be the body temperature changes as i usually run a low temperature which can cause your body the tremors, do u have a normal body temperature?

I have those symptoms a lot especially with the tremors and dizziness. I suffer from anemia as well as low vitamin D which is usually the cause for my issues like that. When my anemia is in full attack mode i can sometimes be behind the wheel driving and get so dizzy or lightheaded that i have to roll the window down and stick my head out of it in fear of passing out, and that feeling usually last for about 15 minutes. Have your doctors check your vitamin levels as well as for anemia and everything. Usually a complete blood count can show them why u are having those problems. My doctors mentioned ms as well but my neurologist quickly ruled that out with an mri and after they ran the bloodwork they found the anemia and low vitamin, potassium and magnesium levels. You will be surprised how low iron or vitamins can cause those problems. Good luck with everything and please call your doctor before it gets any worse. Take it easy love

I been having some weird things going on myself. Mines only happen upon wakening most of the time. I wake up feeling discombobulated, vision blurry, severly weak, heart elevated & internal tremors. Doctors still cant tell me why.
