I’ve been battling extreme nausea after being outside the past couple of days and wondering if anyone else has this reaction...

I MUST wear a hat when going out in the sun. I find protecting my head is key in avoiding lupus sun flares. I would get weak and feel off balance if I had much sun. 🌞
I too became more sensitive to the sun, garlic and other foods that boost the immune system around 2-3 years ago. Believe it or not but I could eat loads of garlic foods and spend hours out in the sun before my Lupus got worse. Now I can’t even sit by the window on a sunny day. Or even touch pesto without getting Lupus abdominal pains.
try going out with sun glasses on too. Maybe the brightness of the sun is affecting your eyes and giving you a kind of nauseating migraine. No harm trying.
I got so sick on a long car ride from the sun. I neglected to think I needed sunscreen in the car.
