I do and have since I was a child. Excessive heat or cold seems to bring it in at its worse but sometimes it's just there like a map on my skin.

It is a common problem with Lupus. It seems to be a side effect from the autoimmune disorder. They say warm the the skin and there is no other treatment for it. So I would layer clothes if necessary and try to stay warm. Cold seems to effect it more. I wish I could yell you more but thst all I can contribute. Lobe and warmth sent to you from me.

Inflammation is tbe small blood vessels for my. My blood work confirmed that. They up’d my mextro and i started taking injections and stopped the pill form because that was making me so much sicker when id take once weekly. What has your doc said about it? Take pic when it happens so when do see them and its not happening then you have visible proof that it is. My is constant now and happens all the time. In the beginning not so much. Restriction in the blood vessels. Watch for when you go from hot to cold or cold to hotwnd see if it happens then as well. Best of luck, always take pics of things thats going on with your body, being that appointments are 4/8 weeks apart and whats going on now may not be then you know. Baby i have a file of everything. You are your best advocate in all thisso log and track.

Heading to the Dermatologist. Have had severe hives after going into the hot tub during the cold weather. Also, though have had rashes with severe itching prior to having a tub. Hope I don’t have to sell it.
