Over a month ago I had a flare and my entire mouth was full of ulcers. Inside entire cheek, tip of tongue, throat,, gums, under tongue and insides of lips and so on. I also had one coming out of nostril and one on outside of lip. My Ruem put me on a prednisone boost but it didn’t touch the ulcers. I called my dentist who prescribed a rinse for 15 days. My Ruem also said he would prescribe it in the future. The rinse in called Chlorhexidin 0.12%.
All cleared up except I had one really bad one on the inside of my cheek which is still there with what appears to be a hole surrounded by the white of the ulcer. They said that they could prescribe a steroid salve? But you just put a tiny bit on the severe ulcer as you will eventually swallow it. If that doesn’t word, a biopsy. Hope this helps.

Magic mouth wash is benadryl, malox and one other medication. I use to make my own. The doctor gave me the recipe years ago. Yes you can use salt on the tongue also! Hope you get some relief soon
