Try an apple cider vinegar bath with bragss apple cider in a hot bath it does stink for a while but it does soothe the skin and it also detoxes your body from the lupus pills too. And 8 onces of bottle water and two table spoons will help you feel amazing and clean the digestive system so when you do eat veggies it goes straight out of the intestines like they are suppose to . Try it it also prepares you for allergies when blooming time comes and it is great for people with asthma. It will rid both of them within three weeks. Trust me it works. And is also great for diabetes

I make my own lotion out of organic Shea butter, organic almond oil, and organic coconut oil. It works pretty good. Coconut oil is a natural sun blocker too!

I use CeraVe moisturizing lotion on my body. You can get it at a good price at Wal-Mart. I use their AM moisturizing cream with sunscreen on my face, neck, hands, etc.šŸ’œ

What I have found works for me is using aveno not only lotion but body wash as well. Also wash your clothes in a laundry soap that is for sensitive skin or all natural one. I hope this helps y?
