You can get them nearly anywhere you can get a pillow. I got mine from Big Lots. Plan to spend about $30. When it’s warm in the house they don’t cool as well. That’s when I use the ice pack to get it chilly

In case anyone finds it helpful, there's a link with Japanese products for the heat. I love the umbrella with UV and cool blankets and bed linen, and also use cool wipes, UV cool spray, cool shampoo in the summer. There is also head spray, anything you can think of. I am not sure if you only find heat tech clothes from Uniqlo in the West or if any other product is available.

For sure. I live in an area that gets unfortunately hot, often 110 in the summer. When it starts to get warm my body seems to short circuit. Classic heat exhaustion symptoms hit hard and quick for me. My best tool for this has been Mission cooling wear. They make hats and neck gaiters that you soak in water. Those are a life saver for me!

Definitely heat intolerance. It makes me feel sick and weak. I bought a cooling pillow I love and sometimes put a cold pack inside the pillow case. The products look great. I’ll look for some in USA so I can check ingredients. I would love the cooling sheets.
I also have cold intolerance. Need to find a better climate to live in 🤪

Vapor rub helps me turn on a fan low setting. Or aromatherapy oils also helps. Put on your feet and see. Listen to your body.
