Those are liver enzymes. Mine were both high because my immune system was attacking my liver, but I didn’t have any pain or noticeable symptoms. I’ve been treated with meds for lupus for a little over a year now and they are now normal. They will probably test you for autoimmune hepatitis to be safe, but it could be “just” the lupus like mine. My liver doesn’t have permanent damage.
