Anyone With Experience With Mental Illness Besides Lupus Is Available To Talk With Me?

I need someone stable with experience in mental illness to talk to, please.
I need my team.
Or anyone knows a mental illness support group to speak to in live online sessions?

@A MyLupusTeam Member You can’t DM or PM but you can leave your email in a message just between the two of you. It can only be seen by the poster and the wall it is posted to. You can also use the box on the top of someone’s page that says, “Say Hi to”

@A MyLupusTeam Member it IS a medical disease and I am happy for you you have found things to keep you balanced. Like so many diseases but mental health especially they medicate symptoms to manage the condition. Go on Google Scholar, use key words Neuroinflammation bipolar
Neuroinflammation depression even add lupus in there. Medical research is providing answers and possibilities that it may take the medical community decades to acknowledge or catch up to.

I’ll do that. But I e had depression all my life, and the first time I thought about suicide, I was 14-15. I think that’s what caused me to do stupid dangerous things and now that I’m 68 and look back in my lift, I can see how I self-destroyed myself and situations I put myself in. Lupus just brought me to a time in my life that I recognized my problem but not til I went to gamblers anonymous after a mental breakdown I started healing. Meds are great for me but I will check that site out. ❤️
