Eye Abrasions

Eye Abrasions

Hey guys , been to the dr about my eye couple days ago. I keep getting abrasions in my eye . They told me I might need laser eye surgery. Anybody went through this ?

I once had an abrasion in one eye. My eye doctor put in drops and then put in a large contact lens (about the size of nickel). I had to keep that for about a week, then I went back and he removed it. I don't remember if I had to put in more drops. It wasn't weird feeling at all and my eye healed well.

Dry eyes goes with rheumatoid issues. Mine are always dry and uncomfortable and I have had tears to the vitreous without any trauma.

I had a kind of damage in the transparent part and I used cortisone drops and it disappeared after six months.

Ive had my eye blood shot out of nowhere (the subconjunctival hemorrhage) no sneezing or anything that could have strained it. One if the times i noticed my BP was high, but this had not become chronic and not sure if its autoimmune or lupus related
