I don’t really know what to look for when I read my labs either. Does anyone know of a good resource for learning?

High wbc indicates infection, I think plus the bacteria and cells would too. My doctor usually does a culture to see what type of bacteria in order to choose the right antibiotic.

Hi Ginpul, I've had a urinary tract infection before a long time ago. I don't remember the doctor showing me the numbers. I'm praying that you find out and some of our other lupus warriors have so more answers for you. I'll be reading to see the answers too, this is something we all need to hear about. Stay encouraged🦋💜

Urinalysis results that look like you have UTI urinary tract infection due to elevated white blood cells and other abnormals. Do you have any symptoms? Look up the UTI symptoms and see because doctors are pushed to not treat unless presence of symptoms in many cased but mostly elders.
