Do Some Tests Take Longer For Results When They Are Positive?

When I had my initial testing done my ANA was negative and came back the same day, but years later when retested, it was positive and it took several day to get the results. I had new blood work done yesterday and 2 of the tests that have always been negative are not back. Previously, they came back the same day. You test positive only when in active phase, hence it only takes one positive test to have Lupus, the darn thing loves to hide when it wants to
