My symptoms led me to a doctor. The tests are a lupus panel, rheumatoid factor and tests I can’t remember right now. They are many medications for lupus which you can probably find online.
I know that stress plays an important role, but also I noticed rashes all up and down my legs for no reason at all. And, I was told I could have been carrying my Lupus for a long time, before being noticed or had the right blood tests. Also, I had a severe tooth infection and that rose my blood work a little, but not alot.
Anti ds DNA, combined with the symptoms and the host of other lab tests that ended with negative results.
Pain I manage fairly well with over the counter anti inflammatories and at night those meds with 1 arthritis strength tylenol. I utilize my garden tub with very warm water with epsom salts and lots of stinky arthritis rubs like ben gay.
Fatigue is what it is. I go to bed, but if I don't fall asleep I get up and read and eventually fall asleep ... in our house I am allowed to sleep until I naturally wake up ... unless I have an appt or something I must attend to.
