How Did You Get Your Hair To Grow Back After Hair Loss

I’ve been losing my hair for over 2 months now… constantly coming out in chunks. Its getting to the point where i’m seeing some balding areas. I’m desperate to get my hair to grow back… I’m trying vitamins, biotin, hair growth serums, massaging, and I even heard satin pillow cases. I’m using rosemary oil shampoo and i’m doing rice water treatments. I'm sorry that you are loosing your hair. Honestly everything that you mentioned works differently for everyone with the condition that we all share. Hair lost is part of the auto immune we have along with Lupus. I have suffered with my hair lost for 15yrs and I have used the same products you are using now. I have come to the realization that my hair will not grow back. I wear my wigs or hair extensions to make myself feel and look beautiful. Whatever you do don't let this get you down keep your head held high and push through. 💖

I feel you I went through the same when I first got sick. I was so upset/depressed and would cry so much over this. Some people were telling me that i was going to lose it all and it made it even worse for me. Luckily my hair started getting thicker again and growing. I did get a trim when I came out of the hospital but my hair was falling out in chunks, I wouldn’t even wash it as much because I was too scared to lose more and more of my hair. I also started taking hair, skin and nails vitamins. Hope it gets better for you soon. 🙏🏼

Im sorry for what you are going through. Have you changed the shampoo maybe? Dont use conditioner for now. IDK how long is your hair but in my case I cutted some it helped me. Rosemary water many gave me advise to boil fresh rosemay for 5 min and add that water on your shampoo a little and the rest put it on a spray bottle and every morning spray your scalp and leave it for the day. Im loosing my hair too. I just stared my treatment. So IDK much
