Home Remedies For Head/neck/shoulder Pain

Home Remedies For Head/neck/shoulder Pain

I always have the worst neck/upper back pain. It’s constant. I use Acetaminophen, Mobic (Rx), and Naproxen, alternating throughout the day. Heating pads after work. Hot showers. Topical CBD, arnica gel, etc. Any suggestions?

Have you tried a hot rice sock/pack? There's something about the steam that really helps penetrate deeper into the muscles that I love for certain areas. Maybe some volteran gel (topical ibuprofen)? Volteran gel is now over the counter (happy dance)!!
Best wishes to you~ Shaunti

Ugh ~ that is literally me today....and many days. Like burning from the inside out. I use prescription NSAID from my rheumatologist that helps but try not to take it too often.

I was having problems like that and my side were sore to touch. Turned out to be my gallbladder. Crazy. Feel better since they took it out. Also found out Omiprizole makes Lupus worse, And can cause medical induced lupus

I see a chiropractor, too. But it’s only relieved temporarily. I’m trying out acupuncture in January 🤞🏻 🦋
