I saw my rheumatologist and dermatologist last week because I'm getting black spots on my ears and leg my nose is also turning dark. I was told that my lupus is getting worse and now attacking my skin. Have anyone else experienced this if so what do you recommend for skin care

Hi I had such last year through my chest and lower neck they started as reddish sores then started itching then the develop into black spots. My rheumy gave me Dovate cream. Got healed but the black spots still available
