It's gotten so bad that I can't turn that well or even lay on my back or side.

I will have appointment to the OMT doctor. Physical therapist didn't help me anything. I have pain in my back under my shoulder between the spine. Not sure if its arthritis. Pain come and go. I used heating pad low laying on it. It helps.. I hope you feel better.. YOu look young to have arthritis

Hello!
Yes I've tried many things. I've done stretches that my physical therapist provided for me, taken medication, used my heating pad, and a few other things that I can't remember at the moment haha! This has gotten worse over the past 3 years. I talked to my doctors about this issue but I'm not getting much help 😅.
