What Do I Do About Sudden Severe Hair Loss?

Diagnosed with lupus six years ago. Since then, I’ve had the usual-fatigue, achiness, rashes, flairs, etc. but now something that’s never happened before. So upsetting. In the last two months, I’ve lost over half my hair on my head. Noticeable. Always had thicker hair. Every time I comb my hair now, I’m losing about as much as I did in a week. Thanks all. And for your prayers. My hair is long. Or was long. I used to wash it a couple of times a week but not for the last several months. Before my hair fell out. Too much effort to take a shower sometimes. Just once a week. Don’t braid it, put on ponytail or color it anymore either. I’ll use shampoo yoy recommended. Your comment gives me hope it may grow back.
