Hand /palm Pain

Hand /palm Pain

I am having pain . . . Not ache but in the palms of both hands. They are fully functional. The location of pain on both hands is the half of the palm opposite the thumb. Hypothenar eminence. There are times when it is a stabbing pain. It’s been going on for a week. Any thoughts? I appreciate your help.

I get pain in that area when my hands get cold. Just had trigger finger surgery on this past Wednesday. So having pain in my left hand. I would ask your doctor as Ronny J suggested.

Is there any redness? Does it go away when you press on it? Palmar erythema could be your answer. Ive had it off and on for years. With autoimmune problems it can happen. Nees to talk to doctor to rule out liver problems but most likely just another symptom to add to probably many. Hope you get to feeling better soon.
