I have been having really bad anxiety attacks which is new for me . sometimes they happen during the day but mainly at night and I havenβt been sleeping . I read online that magnesium is good to take to help with anxiety and that it helps with sleep . Has anyone tried that ? Or have any suggestions please let me know . I would greatly appreciate it .
I take magnesium in the morning along with d3, and a combo of calcium and d3. At night i started taking valerian root. It helps ease your mind and relaxes you. Also camomile tea with lavender. Maybe try cbc tincture. It helps relax you but doesn't go to your head like thc. I hope that helps. Good luck π
Yes Magnesium can help...i take magnesium glycinate, NOT magOxide as that does cause loose π©. If you have kidney issues, be careful adding meds/electrolytes. I take L-theannine for my anxiety. Its a supplement. NOT a prescription med. It does Not make me sleepy so I can take during day. I have car ride anxiety. π Look it up
L- theanine...good for clear thoughts when used with caffeine. GL!
*foods with tryptophan also helpful. Warm cup of milk, Turkey...look it up. π
You might want to start out with 250 mh magnesium. I take medication for anxiety, but I take magnesium for migraines. Don't take too much or it will give you diarrhea. 250mg is usually enough to see a difference in migraines so I would assume it would improve mood at that level too. Good luck! I also agree with the D3 ans Ca+ and D3 combo. It can really help. But if you're still really having anxiety and it's getting in the way of what you would normally do, or think or act, think about therapy or another professional. Take care of yourself. ππ€π«π€π¦
