So a few days ago at my doctor appointment I was told I have lupus. I have to see a rheumatologist... who can not see me until DECEMBER. I have been in so much pain the past month and feels like this will never go away. Any ideas on how to manage my symptoms until i can get in to see the rheumatologist?

Sometimes your primary care will prescribe prednisone or an NSAID to get you through until you see a rheum. It does typically take 2-3 months to get into one

You could try taking a bath with Epsom salts to help with the inflammation. Feel Better.
