Lip Bumps

Has anyone experienced bumps that itch and tingle on your lips? I can’t tell if this is the plaquenil (started it 2 months ago), lupus, sun exposure, or the flu shot.

My Rheum wants me to stop the plaquenil but my hands finally stopped hurting all day long so I’m afraid to just stop.
