I am a retired medical school professor. Besides being the Anatomy content expert at the medical school, I also taught clinical skills and differential diagnoses to 1st and 2nd year Medical students. Our medical school was unique in that we taught holistic integrative medicine in a small group setting with one basic science prof and one clinical science prof.
I am a research scientist, since 1975, studying stem cells that heal damaged tissues.
On a personal note, I have diagnosed autoimmune diseases since age 4, including Hashimoto’s, Sjogren’s, Scleroderma, multiple allergies, Raynaud’s syndrome, systemic lupus, IPF, Celiac disease, T1D, OA, RA, Pleuritis, Pericarditis, neuropathies, migraines, cluster headaches, “x-itis in all gastrointestinal organs and urinary organs, 58+ years of big pharma meds to treat AI diseass, 30 years for big pharma meds for lupus, experimental therapies, anti-inflammatory diet, natural supplements, etc.
I will answer any question pertaining to these subjects, year round, holidays included.
There are eleven criteria, of which you only need to be positive on 4/11 to be diagnosed with lupus. You can Google the eleven criteria for lupus.

Hello, I have question. My ANA was positive and I have diagnosis of Sjogrens. I'm waiting to see another Rheumatologist in Jan. What are the chances that I have Lupus? I've had flares with the symptoms. Only Rayos helps me so far.
