What Helps With Aching Sore Painful Joints For You?

Between my elbows, all the joints in my hands, and spine.. they're hurting so badly. I can't even tell you all the time! Makes it hard to grasp anything. Makes it hard to stand a lot of the time. Any suggestions would be very much welcome. Thank you

Are you on plaquenil? One thing I find helpful is icing and resting the joints when they're swollen. If they're not swollen but just achy, KEEP MOVING as much as possible! Heat can help if you're hurting and not swollen.

If we don't move, our muscles get weak and we stiffen up and hurt more.

Hope this helps!

My doctor prescribed me Voltaren Gel. I can't take oral NSAIDS and it really works. Good luck

I am on plaquenil. My rheumatologist had me do another round of blood work that found that the medication doesn't seem to be working.. She wanted to add prednisone and I told her no way that stuff makes me blow up like a cow! Plus all the other bad things it does. So we're going to see by next visit how my levels are. Thank you kindly for your suggestions 🫂❤️
