Can totally relate to your post! I have virtually the same symptoms. Low back pain that I am told is osteoarthritis and degenerative disc disease, positive ANA, osteoporosis, chronic UTIs/positive nitrites, and I have had terrible hip pain in both hips since my daughter was born (natural childbirth--not by choice!) in 2009. Taking Fosteum Plus and Rheumate but with only minor success. It seemed to helped initially but then I started having the severe low back pain after about two months. It's to the point that the only way I get relief is by going to my chiropractor once a week. Praying you get some relief soon!
