I've Been Diagnosed As "possible Sle Lupus"

Ive been put on hydroxychloroquine and steroids about 4 months ago and am starting to feel so much better. How long does it normally take for a definitive diagnosis? Also how long did it take for brain fog to go away and to be able to think straight?

It took me about 6 months it was a very bad time for me and my family. I still have brain fog but not all the time.
