I want to get social again. I am planning to travel more. Say no to things I do not enjoy AND yes to things that are worth my energy

I want to stop procrastinating with walking 30 minutes each day and reduce the sweets that I eat.
I do all my exercises at home. I do as few reps as possible because I dont want to over exert myself. Just to maintain a little weight I just do 10 squats 3 times. I do 10 pushups 3 times from the wall. I do a lot of stretching exercises on the floor. I do this everyday.
