I have lupus nephritis, osteoarthritis, Raynaud's Syndrome. I am on 4 hbp meds, 3 for lupus. This problem with sleeping started about 3 1/2 yrs ago. It takes a couple of hours to fall asleep or I keep waking up to go to the bathroom, or I don't fall asleep at all.

I wanted to ask if anyone is on gabapentin? My rhumy prescribed this to me because he believes i have fibromyalgia as well as lupus
If so, has it caused weight gain? My mother also told me that it is very hard to stop taking it due to withdrawals, which are similar to an opiate addiction.
