I recently went to a wellness clinic. The diet suggested was vegetarian. Absolutely no meats, cheeses, dairy etc. All protein and calcium came from beans, nuts and vegetables. I'd like to cut out foods that cause inflammation, I was reading that a Mediterranean diet is helpful to people with lupus. Has anyone tried that? Or anything that they find beneficial? Thinking about adding more fish as well.
Thanks for your help!
