What do you guys do for exercise if any? When I was in high school I ran cross country and I stopped because I hurt my ankle really bad. I am not sure if my body will allow me to do that again. So I was wondering what exercises are best?
I recently started going to the gym again and started with a lot of cardio for the past 5 days now. I have been noticing a lot of my lupus symptoms kicking in for the past couple of days. Tonight i have the butterfly rash and my knees are swollen. Could i be having a flare up from doing to much at the gym too fast? If so how many days a week should I be going so i don’t have a flare up like this?

Thank you 💗

I'm wondering what types of exercise other than yoga other lupus patients are doing? And how do you keep yourself from pushing too hard? My pants need advice! They… read more
