I understand we should avoid alfalfa sprouts, and probably garlic. I found Inositol causes lupus skin rashes that burn. When I discontinued this supplement, rashes stopped burning and subsided really quickly. Has anyone found other OTC supplements that cause skin lupus flares?
I have had chronic constipation all my life. I have tried many supplements and over the counter meds, but after a short time they either cause cramping or become ineffective. I would like to know what supplement anyone is using long term that is not harmful and continues to work for this kind of IBS. I would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks.
