i see alot of us has the systemic lupus. What are the differences in lupus? Can you explain what Lupus are? I know it auto immune don't understand help please!
Lupus... the antibodies attract infection instead of fighting it, which means you get sick easy. - My diagnosis is Systemic Lupus Erythmatosus. It affects my kidneys. - Systemic Lupus is... it means it can affect any and all organs in your body. (It spreads to your organs) Hopefully this was helpful.
Lupus causes your own body's immune system to attack your healthy tissue. This causes inflammation that leads to pain, arthritis, and organ damage as well as many other symptoms. Best thing to do is READ. I read up on lupus online all the time trying to learn all I can, and reread to refresh what I learned already.
Not every one gets the same symptoms its different for everyone. Many people with Lupus suffer for years before they get the diagnosis.
Here is a website that explains it... there is still a lot to learn about Lupus - as well as other autoimmune illness. Hopefully someday we will have a cure.
