I know there are over the counter meds like Airborne but do they work? I am catching everything coming and going!

I take about 15 supplements. Lots of Vit C with bioflavonoids. I also use Innate response vitamins. They have one with turmeric called inflmma complete that works well. If a bottle says take 2 a day, double dose. I'm also a alternative health advisor and am a provider of innate response vitamins.

Airborne has minimal vit c, it's a quick protection especially around the sick, but for everyday higher doses of vit c. Immunogist recommend 3,000 to 5,000 of vit c with bioflanoids.

Check with your doctor, with Lupus you have to be careful taking anything to boost your immune system because it can cause the opposite effect.

Please be very careful trying to boost your immune system! Your immune system is what can get you into trouble. If you are in any type of flare or going into a flare, boosting can make the flare worse because you are boosting the confused immune cells and then they end up doing more damage. Got it straight from the doctor and the Naturopath.
