I do have issues with this also ,and I do get relief fro warm/hot soaks in a tube with Epsom salts, arnica oil , ginger oi and Spirment , eucalyptus oil 10/15 drops of each oil and 1 cup of Epsom salt !! A good 1/2 hr soak does the help a great deal for me !!

Hi @A MyLupusTeam Member I also have alot of hip pain with pain in my thigh and on the side and back of my knees both sides. I have had steroid shots in each of my hips and they work wonders for me. This is the first time I've had the knee pain. I just had the injections again today so will see if it also works for the knee issues. Good luck with getting treatment for your pain.

I’m so glad that someone has akked this question! I’m having a lot of left hip pain and and a cramp in my left thigh that feels like stabbing…anyone else familiar with this?

My right hip and thigh muscle ache all the time keeping me up most nights. My Dr put me on Gabapentin and it seems to work. I don't have the excruciating aches and pains in my right hip or thigh when I'm on it

I have hip pain every day. I take Tylenol arthritis…plaqueil.. meloxicam.. and gabapentin. Some days it’s hard to walk. I even tried frankincense cream. Nothing really takes the pain away.
